About & Goal
Parcha builds AI-powered compliance automation for fintechs and banks, agents that handle KYC/KYB reviews, AML screening, and due diligence in minutes instead of hours. This video launched Agent Hub, Parcha's platform for compliance teams to build and deploy those agents themselves.
They wanted a video that clearly showcases how the product works, while keeping it engaging and easy to follow.
We built an animated layer on top, enhancing the visuals and making the functionality clearer. We also featured the founder from two camera angles, blending that footage with motion graphics sequences, while enhancing the existing product screens.
The result is a video that feels like a conversation but communicates like a demo.

The founder walks you through the product on camera, clear, credible, and speaking from firsthand knowledge of the pain points. But there's a limit to how much a talking head can communicate when the product is doing something genuinely complex under the hood.
