SuperIT: Making an IT superhero

SuperIT needed an animated video that could explain an AI agent resolving real IT tickets on its own, without turning into another dry SaaS explainer. We built it frame by frame, leaning into the superhero identity already baked into their brand.

About & Goal

SuperIT resolves real IT tickets on its own, safely, around the clock, the kind of claim that's easy to say and hard to make visible in under a minute. The team needed a video for the hero section of their homepage, the first thing anyone sees before they've read a single word of copy.

Most of the work happened before a single frame was animated. We spent real time in storyboard, working through how to show an AI agent triaging, investigating, and resolving a ticket end to end, while keeping every transition doing its own bit of visual storytelling. The final video mixes advanced 2D, shape animation, and frame-by-frame character work to give the agent itself a presence, not just a UI walking through steps.

Made to not expire

The product itself is moving fast, new integrations and dashboards shipping mid-quarter, so building the video around real screens meant it would be dated within weeks. Instead we built an abstracted version of the product that feel true to how SuperIT actually works without locking the video to one specific UI state.

The first thing people see

This isn't a video buried on a case-studies page. It sits at the very top of the SuperIT homepage, the first thing a visitor sees before any headline or feature list. That's a different bar than a supporting asset, and we built for it from the first storyboard frame.
Nemanja and the whole Noldio team were exceptional to work with, and the final deliverable was better than we hoped for. Really was a 5 star experience.
